About Paradigma
Michael Feyen is the Managing Director of Paradigma. He has dedicated his career to helping the world’s leading organizations address their most pressing challenges by aligning human behavior with business strategy to drive change and growth.
During over 20+ years in consulting, he has applied expertise in organizational systems & human behavior on engagement with over 50 clients in the U.S. and Europe. Michael’s client list includes Deutsche Bank, T-Mobile, Ecolab, MillerCoors, SCA Tork, Eddie Bauer, Pabst Brewing Company, De Beers, BHP, Chevron and Intuitive Surgical. He has utilized a function and industry-agnostic systems perspective to work across finance, IT, HR, sales & marketing, and supply chain functions, and industries including banking, oil & gas, mining, consumer packaged goods, and health care.
Michael’s most satisfying impacts for clients include defining the organizational direction for Eddie Bauer’s emergence from bankruptcy, assisting SCA Tork in their pivot from paper-products to sustainable and automated sanitizer systems, and leading Miller and Coors through the complex changes required for their IT integration.
Michael holds M.A.’s in Social-Organizational Psychology and Applied Linguistics, from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Hope College. He is the co-founder of the Independent Consultants Network (ICN), with over 300 members around the globe. When he is not working, Michael spends time with his family in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
